The SAT and ACT basically have  differences.
The SAT has always been the most popular standardized test, but along with time, the ACT has also found equal acceptance among the test-takers and the colleges. All the four-year colleges in the United States accept either of these standardized tests.
The ACT contains questions related to the topics in Math, English, Reading, Writing and Science that you had been taught in your high schools. Whereas, the SAT asks questions that check the student’s intelligence and college-readiness.
