    Business schools exist because, they are making a promise to you that; they can help you reach your goals, your professional goals. They need to make a choice when they get your application, whether or not they are going to invest in you and your vision for your professional future. Without those goals they can’t make that decision. That’s why goals are so critical in the application process.
    Yes, it is very important to have clear future goals. This is how you should communicate those future goals to the admission officers:
    • Vision for the Future- It needs to be ambitious and clear. The industry, the function, and the sort of role you want to have in the future.
    • Connection to the past- The experience you had before and how it relates to where you are going.
    • Business Schools- How does business schools and the program you are targeting helps you achieve your goals and link where you are coming from and where you want to go?
