To start answering this question, we should first find out, What is the Aldrich Hall?, they are referring to in the question. It is the Hall that provides the much-needed classroom space on the HBS campus. Plans for a dedicated classroom building. Since the essay says to introduce yourself to your classmates, your essay does not need to read like a work of literary genius or be about rare and incredible accomplishments. It simply needs to sound like……YOU. Share the experiences that are unique to you, that reflect who you are as an individual. Taking the basic ingredients of “WHAT THE HBS ARE LOOKING FOR “create a captivating & compelling draft which embodies you with your unique nature, inherent characteristics,etc,both personal & professional. For ex: you can take decisions, and you can take risks, so you include some insights on this. On the whole since they are looking for varied individuals to form a diverse classroom, contemplate & include those attributes. Showcase the unique attributes with sincerity & unpretentious ,as it is the key element in the ownership of your stories. Whatever characteristics you include in this prompt, one should take care of showcasing LEADERSHIP, INNOVATION, and TEAMWORK & MATURITY. These four have to be implicitly present somewhere or the other.
